Keyboard Shortcuts for Microsoft PowerPoint2007

Following are the Keyboard Shortcuts for Microsoft PowerPoint2007:

Task Shorcut
SmartArt Graphics
Select the next element in a Smart Art Graphic. Tab
Remove focus from the selected shape. Esc
Copy the selected shape. Ctrl + c
Select a previous element in a SmartArt Graphic. Shift + Tab
Edit text in the selected shape. F2
Enlarge the selected shape horizontally. Shift + Right arrow
Rotate the selected shape to the left. ALT+LEFT ARROW
Rotate the selected shape to the right. ALT+RIGHT ARROW
Enlarge the selected shape vertically. SHIFT+UP ARROW
Reduce the selected shape horizontally. SHIFT+LEFT ARROW
Undo the last action. Ctrl + Z
Paragraph Formatting
Justify a paragraph. Ctrl + J
Right align a paragraph. Ctrl + R
Left align a paragraph. Ctrl + L
Center a paragraph. Ctrl + E
Demote a bullet point. ALT+SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW
Promote a bullet point. ALT+SHIFT+LEFT ARROW
Help
Go back to PowerPoint Home. ALT+HOME
Select the next item in the Help window. Tab
Select the previous item in the Help window. Shift + Tab
Print the current Help topic. Ctrl + P
Select the previous hidden text or hyperlink. SHIFT+TAB
Switch between the Help window and a active program. Alt + Tab
Move back to the previous Help topic. BACKSPACE
Move forward to the next Help topic. ALT+RIGHT ARROW
Character Formatting
Apply subscript formatting. CTRL+EQUAL SIGN
Apply superscript formatting. CTRL+SHIFT+PLUS SIGN
Open the Font dialog box. CTRL+SHIFT+P
Increase the font size. CTRL+SHIFT+>
Apply italic formatting. CTRL+I
Apply an underline effect. CTRL+U
Remove all character formatting. CTRL+SPACEBAR
Run a Presentation
Start a presentation from the beginning. F5
Perform the next animation. N, ENTER or SPACEBAR
Go to a slide number. number + Enter
Display a blank black slide. B or PERIOD
Use original timings. O
Return to the first slide. 1 + Enter
Change the pointer to a pen. CTRL+P
Display the shortcut menu. SHIFT+F10
Change the pointer to an arrow. CTRL+A
End a presentation. ESC
Erase the screen annotations. E
Set new timings. T
