Information Rights Management (IRM) allows users to specify access rights to e-mail messages. It helps prevent sensitive information from being printed, forwarded, or copied by unauthorized people. It is necessary to install Windows Rights Management Services (RMS) Client Service Pack 1 (SP1) to use IRM in Outlook 2007.
