Microsoft’s 70-663 exam is designed for candidates who are responsible for the Exchange messaging environment in an enterprise environment. They are senior administrators who act as the technical lead over a team of administrators. These candidates are a third level of support between the Exchange Recipient Administrator and the Exchange Server Administrator.

About 70-663 – MCITP: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 certification

Microsoft’s 70-663 exam is designed for candidates who are responsible for the Exchange messaging environment in an enterprise environment. They are senior administrators who act as the technical lead over a team of administrators. These candidates are a third level of support between the Exchange Recipient Administrator and the Exchange Server Administrator.

This test prepares you for various job roles, which include: systems engineer, systems administrator, exchange administrator, server analyst, and technical consultants.

Candidates for this exam are responsible for the planning and deployment of the Exchange servers in an enterprise environment. They should have a minimum of two years of experience administering, deploying, managing, monitoring, upgrading, migrating, and designing Exchange servers.

Windows Mobility Center

A Windows Mobility Center is a tool in Windows Vista. This tool places different mobile PC settings at a single location so that users can quickly assess their resources. Using this tool, a user can adjust the speaker volume, adjust display brightness, check the status of a wireless network connection, battery, and various other settings. To run the Mobility Center, click Start > Control Panel > Mobile PC > Windows Mobility Center. The Mobility Center is available only on mobile PC.

Sleep mode

Sleep mode is the state of a computer where it requires a small amount of power needed to keep available data in active memory. When a user presses a key on the keyboard, the computer awakes from sleep mode. The memory data is also written to a file and saved in the hard disk. If the computer is not awakened after fifteen minutes, the operating system puts the computer in hibernate mode, cuts the power, and discards the data in RAM.

Hibernate mode

Hibernate mode is a power saving feature for computers. In hibernate mode, the current state of a computer is saved to the hard disk, and the computer shuts down. A user will have to power on the computer to restore the previous settings. When a computer resumes from hibernate mode, it reads the saved settings from the disk and restores the system state as it was before it entered hibernate mode.

Content Advisor is a feature of Windows Vista. It works with Web sites that supply content ratings for potentially unacceptable content. Internet Explorer 7+ that allows an administrator to control the Internet contents that can be viewed on a computer. When it is enabled, IE7+ first checks whether or not the Web site meets the specified criteria.
