The main reason for doing so is when you want a presentation that will be viewed when you’re not there. For example, you create a presentation on sales of the previous year for your employees. They can then navigate through your slides in their own time, by clicking the buttons. When the buttons are clicked they will perform an action, such as advancing to the next slide.
