Advanced Find is a powerful search tool, which is used to search for items or files using criteria other than a word or phrase, and targets a search to specific fields. Outlook displays the results in the Advanced Find dialog box, where a user can open an item or file listed. He can also save the search criteria to reuse. He can search for all messages from the manager, which were sent only to you. Or, he can search for all messages that contain attachments or comprise high importance.
